Saint Charles, Missouri offers six nursing homes to choose from, which is a decent selection. These facilities received on average an overall grade of B-, which isn't a bad score for the city. We also looked at the nursing homes in the nearby city of Alton, which received a city grade of D. While we not raving about either city, we found the facilities in Saint Charles to be slightly better. This place is better in some categories than others, but it did not have terrible scores in any of the major areas discussed below.
