Facilities that receive this type of grade in long-term care typically provide consistent 24/7 care to make sure residents are well cared for. On top of assessing the quantity of care provided by nurses aids and other staff, we also looked at the percentage of residents vaccinated against pneumonia. This nursing home vaccinated 95.1049 percent of its residents. Vaccines are vital to keeping patients healthy. Lastly, we looked at the facility's number of hospitalizations.
