While its overall score was abysmal, this city's lone nursing home performed decently in the area of nursing. We awarded them a C for that category, which is one of our better scores. We analyzed the skill-level of nurses employed by the facility, in addition to the quantity of time those nurses worked with residents, in determining our grade in this category. Moving on to the next category, Royal Oak received grade of just D in the area of short-term care, which was its second best score. In our final two categories, we gave the city rock bottom grades for our long-term care and inspections areas.
