With just two nursing homes in the city, there are only a few options to choose from in Quincy, Massachusetts. The nursing homes here received a first-rate city grade of A. Even with just a couple of nursing homes, this is still a great achievement. For comparison's sake, we also looked at the nursing homes in the nearby city of Randolph, which which also appears to be a strong option. Nevertheless, we found the facilities in Quincy to be rated even higher than the ones in Randolph. We were so impressed with this city that we rated it as one of the 100 best cities in the nation.
This city received a strong overall grade, but we also wanted to emphasize that we awarded Quincy an elite grade of A+ in the category of short-term care. With a short-term care grade in this range we would expect many of the facilities here to offer quality rehabilitation services. In addition, we also awarded Quincy an A for our nursing category. Wrapping up its straight A report card, we awarded the city top notch grades in our long-term care and inspections areas respectively.
