Chelsea, Massachusetts has only three nursing homes to choose from, so you don't have too many options to choose from. This small group of facilities were awarded on average an overall grade of B, which is a very solid rating for the city. In fact, this city's city grade was far better than the city grade of facilities in the local city of Medford. While the nursing homes in Medford are not that bad, we found Chelsea to be on a whole other level. In a long-term care setting, the facility's primary objective is to maintain residents' quality of life and keep them safe. In addition, Chelsea also received favorable inspections in recent years.
