While its overall rating was as bad as it gets, we awarded Glendora a B for our nursing rating. This category obviously isn't the reason for this place's concerning overall grade. Nursing grades are based largely on nurse staffing levels. We also wanted to point out that we gave this place a B- in the area of long-term care. Finally, Glendora earned grades of C and D for our short-term care and inspections areas respectively. In spite of an otherwise respectable profile, we find an inspections rating this low to be concerning.
