This city received a fairly ordinary overall grade, but we really would like to point out that some of the nursing homes in the city nearly perfect health inspections the past few years. We gave them an impressive grade of A- in this category. We take several aspects of a facility's inspection report into consideration in calculating these inspection scores. One of those factors is deficiencies. You should keep in mind that the severity of deficiencies is arguably more important than the quantity of deficiencies, as some can be quite minor. This city's next best category is nursing, where it received a grade of B- in this area. Finally, Corona earned middle of the pack grades in our long-term care and short-term care categories.
