We found the nursing home in Glenside to be a better bet than most of the nursing homes in Havertown. While its overall rating was not elite, this city's only nursing home performed extremely well in our nursing category. In fact, we awarded it a grade of A- for that category, which is one of our highest scores. Our nursing score includes quite a few subcategories, however, the paramount one is the number of nurse hours per patient per week. This city also performed remarkably well in our inspection category, where we gave it a grade of A-. Rounding out its profile, Glenside received grades of B and D for our short-term care and long-term care categories respectively. Despite an otherwise strong profile, a long-term care rating in this range may be an issue for some people.
