There are five nursing homes in Franklin, Indiana, so at least you have a few options. While this place didn't have a ton of nursing homes, this city's nursing homes received a strong city grade of B+. In fact, this place's city grade far surpassed the city grade of nursing homes in the local city of Indianapolis. While the nursing homes in Indianapolis are not terrible, we found Franklin to be on a whole other level.
