With just two nursing homes in the city, there are only a few choices in Lombard, Illinois. This place's nursing homes received a phenomenal city grade of A-, so what this city lacks in quantity, it makes up for by having high quality nursing homes. We were so impressed with Lombard that we ranked it as one of the ten highest rated cities in the state of Illinois. The best aspect of this nursing home's impressive report card was its nursing homes' nursing ratings. We discuss nursing in the next paragraph.
In addition to receiving a strong overall grade, most of the nursing homes in Lombard performed remarkably well in nursing. In fact, we awarded it a grade of A for that category, which is one of our best scores. Strong scores in this category typically mean the city's facilities have high levels of staffing. In addition, the city performed especially well in the area of inspections as well. In fact, some of its facilities received almost perfect inspection reports this year. Consequently, the city received an A- in this category. Rounding out its report card, Lombard received grades of A- and B- for our short-term care and long-term care categories respectively. Outside of its long-term care grade, this city's other grades were remarkably strong.
