We were able to find only one nursing home in Northridge, California. We were relieved to discover that, this city's only nursing home received a first-rate grade of A-, so at least you have one quality option. We also looked at the facilities in the nearby city of Van Nuys. We found the facility in Northridge to be rated much higher than most of the nursing homes in Van Nuys. While this looks like a fine option, we would not blame you if you want to explore other cities to see what they have to offer.
In addition to performing well in its overall grade, this city's only nursing home performed extremely well in our short-term care category. In fact, it earned one of our highest grades in that area with a grade of A+. Our short-term care scores are based on a nursing home's quantity of skilled skilled healthcare professionals. This means a broad spectrum of services, ranging from registered nurses to physical and speech therapists, as well as other variations of therapy. This place also performed remarkably well in our inspection category, where we gave it an A. Rounding out its report card, we awarded the city grades of A- and B- for our nursing and long-term care areas respectively. Setting aside its long-term care score, this city's other three grades were remarkably strong.
