Despite receiving a terrible overall grade, this city's only nursing home performed favorably in our nursing category. Indeed, it received one of our higher grades in that area with a B. The nursing grade includes quite a few subcategories, but the primary consideration is the number of nurse hours per patient per week. This city's short-term care grade is its next best attribute. It received a B- in this category. In our final two categories, the city earned grades of B- and F for our long-term care and inspections categories respectively. Even with an otherwise strong profile, an inspections grade in this range is still concerning.
