Warren, Rhode Island offers only two nursing homes to choose from, so you don't have too many options to choose from. The nursing homes in this city received a phenomenal city grade of A-. Even with just a couple of facilities, this is still quite an accomplishment. Warren has the distinction of being one of the three highest rated cities in the state of Rhode Island. The best part of this city's strong report card was its nursing homes' inspection scores. Inspection reports are discussed in the next section
To pair with its great overall grade, we awarded this city an A for our inspections rating. We weigh several aspects of a nursing home's inspection report in calculating these inspection ratings. One critical factor is deficiencies. You should keep in mind that the severity of the deficiencies is arguably more meaningful than the quantity of deficiencies, as some of these are relatively minor. In addition, the city also performed spectacularly well in the area of long-term care, where it received an A- for that area. Rounding out its impressive report card, the city were awarded a B+ for its nursing rating and a B for short-term care. Warren didn't have any weak links based on our assessment.
