With just three nursing homes in the city, there are only a few options in North Ridgeville, Ohio. With a city grade of B, this city's nursing homes proved to be good options. We found this city grade is considerably better than the city grade of C received by the nearby city of Cleveland. Although that isn't a terrible grade, North Ridgeville certainly appears to be a slightly better option. The best aspect of this city's impressive report card was its nursing homes' inspection reports. Inspection grades are discussed in the next paragraph
This city received a great overall grade, but we also wanted to emphasize that some of the city's facilities received virtually perfect health inspections the past few years. We gave North Ridgeville an elite grade of A+ for this category. Perhaps the most critical factor we look at in computing our inspection ratings is deficiencies. These deficiencies can be found on a facility's inspection reports. Facilities with better scores in this category most likely dodged the most severe deficiencies involving health risks or even death. North Ridgeville also fared well in the category of government short-term care with a B+. Finally, the city were awarded a C for its long-term care rating and a C in nursing.
