With six nursing homes to choose from in Warren, Michigan, you can afford to assess multiple options before choosing a facility. We awarded the nursing homes here a city grade of D, which is a very poor score at the city level. We also assessed the facilities in the nearby city of Roseville. While we not fans of either city, we found the nursing homes in Warren to be a bit better. We really don't have too many good things to say about this place's nursing homes, but their best category was inspection grades. You can scroll down to find out about inspections and other category grades.
While its overall score was terrible, the facilities in Warren performed better in our inspection category. We awarded the city a B- for this category. We believe that one of the most important factors in evaluating an inspection report is deficiencies. In this regard, we especially focus on the severity of those deficiencies. Surprisingly, this city also performed respectably in our nursing category, where it received a C in this area. In the last two categories, the city earned grades of C and D for our long-term care and short-term care categories respectively. Despite an otherwise respectable performance, this city's weak short-term care grade could be an issue for prospective residents who need rehabilitation.
