There is just one nursing home in Easley, South Carolina, providing for a small population of 60,135 people. Sadly, this nursing home did not fare well in our assessment. We gave it a grade of D, which is a terrible grade. Nationally, most nursing homes received a much higher grade than this facility. We don't have too many good things to say about this nursing home, but its best category grade was in the area of inspection reports. You can scroll down to find out about inspections and other category grades.
This city's nursing home received a terrible overall grade, however, we wanted to point out its decent inspections the past few years. We gave them a grade of C in this category. We would argue that one of the most critical factors in evaluating an inspection report is deficiencies. In this regard, we especially look at the severity of the deficiencies. The next best grade we gave this place in any area was its nursing grade, where it earned a C. In the last two categories, Easley earned a C for its short-term care rating and a C in long-term care.
