This city's nursing homes received an abysmal overall grade, but we wanted to acknowledge the city's decent health inspections the past few years. We gave it a grade of B- in that category. Inspection grades are based on pieces of information found on the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Deficiencies are a key thing to look for on these inspections. Severe deficiencies indicate a risk to resident safety. Surprisingly, this city also performed decently in our nursing category, where we gave it a B- in that area. Lastly, Clinton Township received grades of C and D for our long-term care and short-term care areas respectively. Despite an otherwise respectable performance, this place's poor short-term care score could be concerning for people looking for rehabilitation.
