We were able to identify only one nursing home in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Unfortunately, this nursing home didn't fare well in our assessment. We awarded it a grade of D, which is one of our worst grade. This score is just about as bad as it gets and certainly raises some major red flags. While its overall rating was terrible, this city's nursing home performed well in our inspection category. In fact, we awarded it a B+ for that category, which is one of our better grades. Perhaps the most critical factor we look at in computing our inspection ratings is deficiencies. These deficiencies can be found on a facility's recent inspection reports. It is typically best to avoid facilities that had a long list of severe deficiencies. This city's nursing rating is its second best attribute. We gave it a grade of C in this category. Lastly, the city received rock bottom grades for our short-term care and long-term care categories.
