Despite receiving a terrible overall grade, this city's nursing homes performed spectacularly well in our inspections category. In fact, some of its facilities received almost perfect inspection reports this year. As a result, we awarded Webster one of our best ratings in that area with an A-. Arguably the most significant factor we look at in computing our inspection ratings is deficiencies. These deficiencies are found on a facility's inspection reports. It is typically in your best interest to avoid nursing homes that have too many severe deficiencies. The city's next best category was long-term care, where we gave it a D. In the other categories we looked at, Webster received rock bottom grades for our nursing and short-term care areas respectively.
