Our data for Farmington, Minnesota is based on just one nursing home we found there. Fortunately,, this place's sole nursing home received an excellent grade of A+, so at least there is one good option. By way of comparison, we awarded the nursing homes in the local city of Cottage Grove a city grade of A, which is also an impressive grade. However, we found this facility in Farmington to be an even better option than most of the facilities in Cottage Grove. Amazingly, Farmington also has the distinction of being one of the top five cities in the entire nation.
