We were able to find only one nursing home in Milpitas, California. Unfortunately, this nursing home didn't fare well in our assessment. We awarded it a grade of D, which is a very weak grade. Nationally, most nursing homes received a much better score than this facility. This city's nursing home received an abysmal overall grade, however, we wanted to point out its relatively impressive inspections the past few years. We gave them a B+ in this area. The next best grade we gave this place in any category was its nursing grade, where we gave it a B-. Finally, the city earned a C for its short-term care grade and a grade of F in long-term care. Even with an otherwise decent profile, a long-term care grade of this caliber may be an issue for some people.
