Our data for Issaquah, Washington is based on a single nursing home we found there. Fortunately, its only nursing home received a strong overall grade of B+. We also looked at the facilities in the nearby city of Everett. With Everett receiving a terrible city grade, we found the facility in Issaquah to be in a totally different league than most of the facilities in Everett. The best part of this facility's impressive report card was its inspection reports. Inspection grades are discussed in the next paragraph
On top of being a quality nursing home overall, this city's nursing home really excelled in the area of inspections, where we gave it an A. Very few places performed better in this category. Inspection scores are tied to several pieces of information located in the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Places that excel in this category tend to have few deficiencies on their reports. Most importantly, these nursing homes generally do not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with endangerment of patients. This facility also received one of our better grades in our long-term care category, where we gave it a B+. Rounding out its impressive report card, the city earned a B for its nursing grade and a B in short-term care. Issaquah didn't have any weak links as far as we could tell.
