Short-term Care Quality

Grade: B-plus

This nursing home's best category grade came in the area of short-term care. In that category, we gave this facility a B+. Our short-term care scores are vital for residents seeking rehabilitation. Rehabilitation generally mandates higher levels of highly-skilled nursing services. This means a wide spectrum of nursing services, ranging from registered nurses to physical and speech therapists, as well as other forms of therapy. Unfortunately, it does not appear that this facility submitted information on registered nurse or physical therapist staffing. Finally, we considered the percentage of patients who who were able to eventually return home from this nursing home. We found that 6.3 percent of this nursing home's residents returned home.

Facility Inspections

In addition, this facility also excelled in inspections, where it received a grade of B+. We weigh several aspects of a nursing home's inspection report in calculating these inspection ratings.
