There is just one nursing home located in Bellevue, Nebraska, servicing a population of 60,409 people. We were relieved to discover that its only nursing home received a superb overall grade of A. By way of comparison, we gave the nursing homes in the local city of Omaha a city grade of B, which is also an impressive grade. Nevertheless, we found this facility in Bellevue to be in a totally different league than the ones in Omaha. Headlining this place's remarkable profile is its short-term care rating, which is addressed in the next paragraph.
To pair with its strong overall grade, we awarded this city's sole nursing home a grade of A+ for our short-term care category. In the category of short-term care, we strive to assess indicators of a facility's rehabilitation. We analyze a facility's skilled nursing services, such as those performed by registered nurses and physical therapists. We also gave this place an A for our long-term care category. Rounding out its first-rate report card, Bellevue earned an A for its inspections rating and a B+ for nursing.
