This category is frequently a useful assessment of the facility's rehabilitation services. Fortunately, it looks like this facility has registered nurses on staff. Not all nursing homes employs these types of nurses. On the other hand, according to the data this nursing home provided, it does not look like the facility employs physical therapists. The last item we looked at in this area is the number of residents who were able to leave the nursing home and return to the community. Long-term Care Quality

Grade: C

For residents looking for a permanent place to live rather than skilled nursing, long-term care grades are a key measure. In addition to considering the amount of care provided by nurses and other staff, we looked at the number of residents vaccinated against pneumonia. This nursing home vaccinated 88.8412 percent of its residents. This is many points below what we expected. On a more positive note, this place was able to limit hospitalizations. It had less than one hospitalization per 1,000 long-term resident days, which is a remarkably low figure.
