We gave Hartford City an elite grade of A+ for this category. Inspection scores account for a host of factors found on a facility's inspection reports. One key criteria we look at is the quantity and severity of deficiencies. Facilities with higher grades in this area generally have very few severe deficiencies. Hartford City performed spectacularly well in the category of long-term care as well. As a result, we awarded it an A- in this category. Lastly, we gave the city a B+ for its short-term care score and a B- for nursing.
