Marrero, Louisiana has just two nursing homes to choose from, which is not a ton of options. These facilities received on average an overall grade of C. We awarded it an elite grade of A+ in this area. Perhaps the most important factor we look at in computing our inspection scores is deficiencies. These deficiencies are found on a facility's recent inspection reports. Facilities with better scores in this category typically dodged the most severe deficiencies involving health risks or even death. Marrero's next best score came in long-term care, where it received a C. Lastly, the city earned rock bottom grades for our short-term care and nursing areas respectively.
