With just two nursing homes in the city, there are only a couple of choices in Clearfield, Utah. Despite only having a couple of nursing homes, this city received a superb city grade of A-. We were so impressed with this city that we ranked it as one of the top 500 cities in the entire nation. This is impressive considering we ranked thousands of cities around the country. This place's strong profile was highlighted by its nursing homes' short-term care ratings, which we will address in the next section.
