With a population of 29,700 , Oak Ridge, Tennessee is a small city. There are only 2 nursing homes there, which does not give you too many choices. This place's limited supply of nursing homes were awarded a good city grade of B. This is as good or better than the city grade of most of the cities in the nation. In addition to having excellent nursing homes on the whole, this place really excelled in the area of inspections, where it received a grade of A. Few cities earned a better grade in this category. We take several aspects of a facility's inspection report into consideration in calculating our inspection grades. One of those factors is deficiencies.
