There are two facilities in Yadkinville, North Carolina, which at least gives you a few options. These nursing homes didn't really stand out from a quality point of view either. The city received a city grade of C, which is not one of our stronger scores at the city level. We also assessed the nursing homes in the nearby city of Mooresville. While we not raving about either city, we found the nursing homes in Yadkinville to be a bit better. The best part of this place's profile was its nursing homes' exemplary inspection reports. We discuss inspections in the next section.
While its overall score was fairly ordinary, we awarded Yadkinville an A+ for our inspections rating. Arguably the most critical factor we look at in calculating our inspection ratings is deficiencies. Deficiencies can be found on a nursing home's inspection reports. Places with higher scores in this category most likely avoided the most severe deficiencies involving things like patient abuse. Inspections is Yadkinville's second best category. It earned a B- in this category. In the last two categories, the city earned terrible grades for our short-term care and nursing categories respectively.
