With a short-term care score this high we'd expect many of the facilities this city to a high functioning physical therapy and rehabilitation program. In addition, we also wanted to emphasize that we awarded Plymouth an A- for our nursing rating. Wrapping up its report card, the city received a grade of A- for its inspections grade and a grade of B- for long-term care. Setting aside its long-term care score, this place's other three categories were remarkably strong.
