With a population of 276,002 people, Naples, Florida is a fairly large metropolitan area. There are 12 nursing homes there, which should give you plenty of choices. Impressively, the nursing homes in this city received an excellent city grade of B+. This is especially impressive given the number of facilities here. We found this city grade is considerably better than the city grade of D received by the nearby city of Cape Coral. If you are choosing between these two places, Naples appears to be the clear favorite. We were also pleased to find that this city did not have any weak links in any of the major categories. On top of having quality nursing homes on the whole, this place really excelled in our short-term care category where it earned a grade of A-. Not many cities earned a better grade in this category. Short-term care grades of this caliber are a favorable sign for the quality of rehabilitation at the facilities in the city. Naples also performed extremely well in our inspection category, where it received an A- for this area. Rounding out its report card, Naples received a B+ for its nursing rating and a grade of B+ in long-term care. We found this city to be strong in every category.
