With a population of 15,065 people, Boulder City, Nevada is a small city. There are only 3 nursing homes in the city, which doesn't provide you with too many choices. The nursing homes here received an excellent city grade of B+. Even with only a couple of nursing homes, this is still a great sign. Nevada did not have any cities with really elite city grades. As a result, Boulder City ended up with the distinction of being the top rated city in the state. With a nursing grade of this caliber we would expect many of the facilities this city to have impressive levels of nurse staffing. We also wanted to point out that some of the city's nursing homes received almost flawless health inspections in recent years. For this reason, we awarded Boulder City an A- in this area. Rounding out its quality profile, this place received a B+ for short-term care and a B in long-term care. We found Boulder City to be competent everywhere we looked.
