There are three facilities in Seymour, Indiana, so at least you have a few options. While it only has a couple of nursing homes, this city's nursing homes received a very good city grade of B+. This city has the prestigious distinction of being one of the top fifteen rated cities in Indiana. This place's impressive report card was highlighted by its nursing homes' inspection scores, which we will address in the next paragraph.
To go along with its great overall grade, we awarded this city an A for our inspections category. Our inspection scores are based on many pieces of information located in the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Places that excel in this category tend to have few deficiencies on those reports. Most importantly, these facilities generally do not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with endangerment of patients. We also wanted to point out that we gave Seymour an A- in our short-term care rating. Finally, Seymour were awarded a B for its nursing grade and a grade of C in long-term care.
