There are two nursing homes in Union, South Carolina, which at least gives you a few options. While it only has a couple of nursing homes, this city received an excellent city grade of A-. In fact, this city's city grade far surpassed the city grade of facilities in the local city of Charlotte. While there is nothing wrong with the nursing homes in Charlotte, we found Union to be in a totally different league.
