We were able to identify only one nursing home in Burlington, Vermont. Sadly, this nursing home did not fare well in our assessment. We gave it a grade of F, which is a terrible score. While its overall rating was abysmal, we awarded this city's nursing home a respectable grade of C for the area of short-term care. Short-term care ratings are vital for residents seeking rehabilitation. Rehabilitation typically requires additional highly-skilled nursing. Skilled nursing means a vast scope of services, ranging from registered nurses to physical and respiratory therapists, as well as other forms of therapy. Burlington's next best category was inspections, where we gave it a grade of C. In the other categories we looked at, this place earned rock bottom grades for our nursing and long-term care areas respectively.
