Grinnell, Iowa is an average size city with 11,536 people. It has only 2 nursing homes, which doesn't give you too many choices. While it only has a couple of nursing homes, this city received an excellent city grade of A+. By way of comparison, we awarded the nursing homes in the nearby city of Cedar Falls a city grade of B+, which is also an impressive grade.
