With just two nursing homes in the city, there are only a couple of choices in Anna, Illinois. Despite not having a ton of nursing homes, this city's nursing homes received a very good city grade of B+. We also assessed the facilities in Carbondale, which received a city grade of B-. Although this is a decent grade, Anna appears to be a better bet.
