Our data for Opelika, Alabama is based on a single nursing home we found there. We were relieved to discover that its only nursing home received a first-rate overall grade of A+. By way of comparison, we awarded the facilities in the nearby city of Lagrange a city grade of B+, which is also an impressive grade.
