Sartell, Minnesota offers only two nursing homes to choose from, which is not a ton of options. We awarded the nursing homes here a first-rate city grade of A+. Even with only a few facilities, this is still quite an accomplishment. In fact, this city's city grade far surpassed the city grade of nursing homes in the local city of Osseo. While the nursing homes in Osseo are not that bad, we found Sartell to be on a whole other level. Lastly, this city's category grades were every bit as strong as its city grade. In addition to having quality nursing homes on the whole, this city really excelled in the area of inspections, where we gave it an A+. Very few cities earned a better grade in this area. Perhaps the most significant factor we look at in computing our inspection ratings is deficiencies. These deficiencies can be found on a nursing home's inspection reports. Nursing homes with higher scores in this category typically dodged the most severe deficiencies involving health risks or even death. In addition, Sartell performed remarkably well in the category of short-term care as well. As a result, it received an A+ in that category. Rounding out its straight A report card, we awarded the city an A in our nursing category and an A- in the area of long-term care.
