There are two nursing homes in Fort Gratiot, Michigan, so at least you have a few choices. This place's limited supply of nursing homes were given a strong city grade of B. In fact, this city's city grade far surpassed the city grade of facilities in the nearby city of Sterling Heights. While this grade are not that bad, we found Fort Gratiot to be in a totally different league. The best part of Fort Gratiot's strong report card is its nursing homes' inspection grades. Most importantly, these nursing homes should not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with endangerment of patients. Fort Gratiot earned a B+ for our short-term care category. In the other categories we looked at, this place received a B- in our nursing category and a B- in long-term care.
