There are two nursing homes in Fort Gratiot, Michigan, so at least you have a few choices. Despite only having a couple of nursing homes, this city's nursing homes received a strong city grade of B+. In fact, this city's city grade was even better than the city grade of nursing homes in the local city of Rochester. This is especially impressive in light of the fact that we awarded those facilities in Rochester a city grade of B, which is actually a good grade in its own right. Nursing homes that score well in this area have few deficiencies on their reports. Most importantly, these nursing homes should not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with endangerment of patients. Fort Gratiot earned a B+ for our nursing category. Wrapping up its profile, we awarded the city a B+ for short-term care and a B in the area of long-term care. We truly found Fort Gratiot to be competent everywhere we looked.
