Although this facility's overall grade is not a highlight, it received a somewhat respectable grade in the area of inspections. We awarded it a grade of B- for that area, which is a decent score. Rehabilitation generally mandates additional highly-skilled nursing. This includes a vast scope of services, spanning from registered nurses to physical and occupational therapists, as well as other forms of therapy. In this facility's case, we were surprised to learn that it actually provides less registered nurse and physical therapist hours per patient than a typical facility. The last metric we considered in this category is the percentage of patients that returned home from the facility. We found that just 5.4 percent of this nursing home's patients returned home. This figure was below average.
