In computing our long-term care grades, we size up the assistance with daily living offered to the nursing home's patients. On top of assessing the amount of care provided by nurses and other staff, we analyzed the percentage of residents vaccinated against pneumonia. This nursing home vaccinated 93.1677 percent of its patients, which is a bit below what we anticipated. Nevertheless, this facility excelled at keeping its residents out of the hospital. It had only 0 hospitalizations per 1,000 long-term resident days, which is a remarkably low number.
