Facility Inspections

We also wanted to point out the fact that this nursing home has received nearly flawless government inspections in recent years. We awarded them an A in this category. Inspection ratings account for a host of factors included in a facility's inspection reports. One key criteria we rely on is the number and severity of deficiencies. Nursing homes with higher grades in this area usually have few of these severe deficiencies. While this nursing home had a few deficiencies on its inspection report, none were major deficiencies based on CMS' deficiency scale. Finally, this facility had no substantiated complaints this year from residents, which is an excellent sign.
