Grade: A-minus

In the last area, this nursing home also was awarded a very strong short-term care score, with a grade of A-. This finished off a first-rate profile. With our short-term care score, we try to forge a fair barometer for rehabilitation. In doing so, we assess a facility's level of skilled nursing services, including both registered nurses and physical therapy, as well as occupational therapy. Fortunately, it appear that this facility employs registered nurses. Not every facility employs these types of nurses. However, based on the data they provided, it does not look like the facility employs physical therapists. The final statistic we assessed in this area is the percentage of patients that who were able to eventually return home from the facility. We found that 0 percent of this nursing home's patients returned home as opposed to remaining at the nursing home on a permanent basis.
