With 3,350 people, Frankfort, Michigan is a small city. There are only 2 nursing homes there, which does not provide you with too many options. Despite only having a couple of nursing homes, this city received a top-notch city grade of A. For comparison's sake, we also looked at the facilities in the nearby city of Traverse City, which received a city grade of B+.
