In addition to performing well in its overall grade, this city performed spectacularly well in the area of inspections. In fact, some of its facilities received virtually flawless inspection reports this year. Consequently, it received one of our best scores in that area with an A+. Inspection ratings are based on many items found on the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Nursing homes that score well in this area tend to have few deficiencies on those reports. Most importantly, these places generally do not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with risks to patient safety. In addition, we also awarded this city an A- for our long-term care rating. In the last two categories, this place received slightly below average grades in our nursing and short-term care areas.
