There are two facilities in Cordele, Georgia, so at least you have a few choices. We gave this city a city grade of C based on the quality of its nursing homes. This is not a strong city grade. This city looks to be a similar option to the local city of Tifton, which received a grade of C. Frankly, neither city received elite marks in our assessment. We take several aspects of a facility's inspection report into consideration in calculating our inspection ratings. One of those factors is deficiencies. You should keep in mind that the severity of the deficiencies is arguably more meaningful than the number of deficiencies, as some can be relatively minor.
