Prescott Valley, Arizona is a small city with 41,635 people. It has just one nursing home, which is fewer than we were hoping for. We were relieved to discover that its only nursing home received a superb overall grade of A+. Prescott Valley is the thirteenth best city in the entire nation. This is just an incredible accolade. Although this seems like a fine option, we wouldn't blame you if you want to explore other cities to see what they have to offer.
On top of being a quality nursing home overall, this city's sole nursing home really excelled in the area of short-term care, where we gave it a grade of A+. Few nursing homes earned a better grade in this area. In forming our short-term care ratings, we quantify the facility's skilled nursing services, such as those performed by registered nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists and other types of skilled professionals. Our purpose is to devise a scale for sizing up the rehabilitation services of nursing homes. We also awarded this facility an A+ for our long-term care category. Rounding out its straight A report card, this place were awarded an A for its nursing score and an A in the area of inspections.
