Globe, Arizona offers only two nursing homes to choose from, so you don't have too many options to choose from. While this place didn't have a ton of nursing homes, this city received an excellent city grade of A-. We found this city grade is even better than the city grade of B received by the nearby city of Mesa. Both cities have some quality nursing homes, but Globe appears to be an even better place to find a nursing home. The best part of Globe's strong report card is its nursing homes' inspection reports. We discuss inspections in the next section
In addition to having excellent nursing homes on the whole, this city's nursing homes really excelled in the category of inspections, where we gave it an A. Few cities earned a better grade in this area. Perhaps the most critical factor we consider in calculating our inspection grades is deficiencies. These deficiencies are found on a facility's recent inspection reports. Places with higher scores in this area typically dodged the most severe deficiencies involving patient abuse or death. The city also performed extremely well in our long-term care category, where it earned an A- for this category. Wrapping up its phenomenal report card, this place received grades of A- and B for our short-term care and nursing categories respectively.
